Yesterday we shared some rumored Doctor Strange 3 plot details and how it linked to the Time Runs Out comic. Now the source of that claim is on social media clarifying some updated details. Here is what Alex of TCC has added to his initial exclusive Doctor Strange 3 plot article.

“We have one more variant but he became a zombie so no Multiversal threat there, but in general, Strange is prone to take actions across the Multiverse which would often lead to the potential end of the Universe.”
“That’s what I meant when I said in my exclusive that Strange was going to be established “as a common denominator when it comes to incursions across the Multiverse.” Whether for selfish or selfless reasons, his fate is reduced to being a catalyst for the end of the universe.”

“However, there is one saving grace for the Multiverse, and that’s Strange 616. When shown what his variants do, how their actions factor into the decay of the Multiverse, it poses the question: How can Strange avoid committing the mistake the rest of his variants do?”

Interesting and like with yesterday’s coverage, I’ll say the same thing. This is a great pitch for Doctor Strange 3 whether it’s legit or not. However a pitch does not a movie make and it could be some time before DS3 goes into production.
