The Ducktales revival has been renewed for a third season. The modern re-imagining of the classic cartoon that follows the adventures of billionaire treasure hunter Scrooge McDuck and his great nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie. David Tennant voices Uncle Scrooge, Dani Pudi of Community fame provides the voice of Huey, Ben Schwartz, who is probably best known for playing Jean-Ralphio on Parks and Recreation, voices Dewey and Bobby Monihan performing Louie.

Which of of haven’t dreamed of being billionaire adventurers who have a giant money bin in which to swim through? Just as I thought, we’re all guilty.  While I loved the original as a kid, I haven’t had time to watch much of the newer version except for a couple of episodes, but I did enjoy what I have been able to watch, I especially like the style of animation. Of the original big three Disney afternoon cartoons, being Ducktales, Chip n’ Dale Rescue Rangers, and Tale Spin, Ducktales was by far my favorite. So once I find the time, I have a good feeling I will enjoy the reboot, even as an adult.

Season 2 of Ducktales premieres Oct. 20 on Disney Channel.
