Actor Walton Goggins is set to star in a new comedy from CBS. The single-camera series is titled The Unicorn and will see Goggins play a recently widowed father of two girls. Soon after, he is convinced by his friends to start dating again, which opens up a world that he is no longer familiar with, and one where he seems to be in-demand.
Goggins, who was first noticed on the FX series The Shield, has since made a name for himself, becoming a scene stealer on another FX show in Justified, as the southerner with a big grin and an even bigger vocabulary, Boyd Crowder. He also took a turn as the transgendered prostitute Venus on Sons of Anarchy. Most recently Goggins has been seen in the comedy series Vice Principals opposite Danny McBride, as well as roles in Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight and in Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp.

In my opinion Goggins in one of the best and most versatile actors currently available, and while the this sitcom doesn’t sound exactly like my cup of tea, the fact that he is leading it, well I’m going to have to watch an episode or two and at least give it a shot.
