WandaVision: How Marvel Kept The Return Of [SPOILER] A Secret

***** YA BETTER SYART BELIEVING IN SPPOILERY ARTICLES, YOU’RE N ONE!*****

WandaVision is a fantastic show. A somewhat unusual, but clever concept that has Marvel fans waiting for Fridays. Two episodes ago, Wanda’s brother, Pietro Maximoff, also known as Quicksilver showed up at the front door of Wanda and Vision. To clarify, it wasn’t the Quicksilver that died in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but the Fox studios, X-Men version of the character

Kat Dennings, who recently joined WandaVision by reprising her Marvel Cinematic Universe character Darcy Lewis appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and talked about the lengths Marvel went to keep the Quicksilver return a surprise. You can check out what she had to say below.

“Obviously, that was a massive surprise. I mean they kept it from me a little bit as well. I wasn’t sure what was going on. While we were shooting, they cloaked him in [this] thing, so no one could take a drone shot of him getting out of a van, or whatever it was. It was a big secret, but, They pulled it off.”

“Even if I was being cool and mysterious, I still wouldn’t even know how to crack open any of these theories. Still don’t understand exactly what is going on, which is for the best, honestly.”

It’s impressive, most impressive, that Marvel was able to keep this from leaking. Not quite on the level of keeping Luke Skywalker’s appearance in The Mandalorian a surprise, but it was no easy task for those involved with WandaVision that’s for sure.
