We Might Have To Wait A Little Longer For Ahsoka Tano In The Mandalorian

Dave Filoni talks transitioning Ahsoka from animation to live-action

Will we finally get to see the live action form of Ahsoka Tano this week? This article has spoilers from the most recent episode of The Mandalorian so if you have not watched it yet come back after….

The last episode of The Mandalorian was amazing for longtime fans of The Clone Wars and Rebels. It was the first time we got to see Katie Sackhoff reprise her role as Bo-Katan Kryze, not just voice but the live action version.  There were so many things to celebrate about this past episodes but the one moment that had die-hard fans screaming was the mention of Ahsoka Tano.

Since the last episode of last season Din Djarin has been on a mission to find the Jedi to return The Child to them.  Before he sent out on his mission he had been looking for other Mandalorians to help him with his mission which ultimately led him to meet Bo-Katan.  Now with the information he needed we saw Din Djarin take off in the Razor Crest with The Child heading to meet Ahsoka.

Most fans would assume that we will see Din meet Ahsoka in the next episode, but we may have to wait a little longer.  We now have a little more information regarding Chapter 12 thanks to @CultureCrave on Twitter.

With this information it seems that Din Djarin will be diverting from his original mission to help some old friends.   Another theory that is floating around is that Ahsoka Tano has been captured by the Empire and Din needs his old friends Cara Dune and Greef Karga to help free Ashoka. Either way we are only a short time away from the highly anticipated debut of the live action form of Ahsoka Tano.

Probably the most famous character to come from the animated series of The Clone Wars and Rebels, Ahsoka Tano was voiced by the amazing Ashley Eckstein. The rumor for quite some time is that Rosario Dawson will be portraying the live action form of Ashoka Tano with the idea of a spinoff show in the works.  Fans of Star Wars have been waiting for this moment for quite some time so whenever she does appear it will be a glorious moment.
