Will Bakke Brings The Austin, TX Backyard Feel In The Get Together [Exclusive Interview]

Well, it looks like we are slowly approaching summer 2021. With restrictions and guidelines slowly being pulled away I feel like a lot of people are going to be off to the races. Trying to catch up on all the social events that they have missed thanks to the pandemic. But what if we have already started to become introverts and feel like get-togethers are going to be awkward? Well, I may have just the film for you to get you ready.

This weekend, Vertical Entertainment has released the coming of age comedy titled, The Get Together. Filmmaker Will Bakke wanted to give us a look at what his typical backyard get-together would look like in Austin, Texas. When the neighborhood gets together, anything can happen as relationships change through time. The Get Together stars Alejandro Rose Garcia, Courtney Parchman, Jacob Artist, and Joanna Brady.
