The dead seems to speak through the Sound of Silence.

XYZ Films acquired the worldwide rights to this horror film and set the release date domestically in the spring of 2023.

The English-language horror film Sound of Silence, it marks the debut of three Italian directors known as T3, which comprises Alessandro Antonaci, Daniel Lascar, and Stefano Mandala.

The horror film set in Italy stars Penelope Sangiorgi, Rocco Marazzita, Lucia Caporaso, Daniele De Martino, Chiara Casolari, Alessandra Pizzullo, and Peter Stephen Wolmarans.

Here is the brief synopsis of the film:

When Emma (Sangiorgi) returns to her home in Italy to find out what happened to her parents, she must unlock the mystery of an old radio that brings back spirits from the past.

”XYZ is thrilled to come aboard this uniquely terrifying ghost story and to continue our tradition of supporting international talent, said Alex Williams of XYZ Films. “We can’t wait to unleash Sound of Silence on audiences here in the United States and around the globe. Fans of haunted house films like Insidious will love this one.”

XYZ’s current projects include The Black Kaiser starring Mads Mikkelsen, Hounds of War with Frank Grillo and Robert Patrick, and Something in the Dirt, which premiered at this past Sundance Film Festival.
