YouTuber Ivan Ortega Has Released His Edit Of The Last Jedi Trailer

The backlash from Rian Johnson’s The Last Jedi knows no bounds, as YouTuber Ivan Ortega has now released a fully re-edited trailer of the film. Ortega has tons of videos of him “fixing” major scenes of The Last Jedi, as well as several other movies. Ortega has been working on the trailer for some time now and not long ago released a teaser.

Anyone who is a regular reader of LRM knows where I stand on the film, and if case you don’t know, I side with Mr. Ortefa. I thought I had a problem with the film, but Ortega had so much of an issue he decided to try to transform the film the best he could with what was available to him. And if you ask me, he has done quite well, the guy is beyond passionate, and even explains the reasons behind his changes extensively.

Personally, this looks like a much more interesting than the actual film. It tells a story I prefer over what Rian Johnson came up with. One thing is for sure, The Last Jedi is the most divisive film in the saga, there’s not much argument there. However, there will be arguments over whether the actual film is good or bad until the end of time, and maybe even after that.

What did you think of this trailer, does this film look more appealing than the actual one? Let us know your thoughts in the comments down below!
