On my way back from the banana stand, some Arrested Development news just popped up out of no where, in a similar manner to one Gene Parmesan. Yes, that’s right, one of the best sitcoms of all time (top 5 for me, not exactly sure of the order but), is returning for the second half of it’s fifth season.
The beloved sitcom that was brought back by Netflix will return to the streaming platform on March 15. Below you can check out the announcement that came via a Twitter post from the show’s official account.

As I’m a big fan of the show its return has actually been on my mind lately. I was thinking it had to be soon and as it turns out, it is, which is great news for myself, LRM’s Nick Doll, as well as the numerous fans out there.
The show was cancelled after three seasons during its original run on Fox to the disappointment of its fanbase. In 2013 a fourth season that was produced by Netflix aired, to mixed reviews, but for the most part fans were just happy to once again spend time with the Bluths. So far the fifth season is an improvement over the last effort, and hopefully that will be true for remaining episodes of Season 5.
