CinemaCon 2012: Anna Faris Press Conference Interview Talks about ‘The Dictator’ and the next ‘Scary Movie’

Funny girl Anna Faris made her comedic presence at CinemaCon in Las Vegas last week.

Faris was honored with “CinemaCon Comedy Star of the Year Award” by the convention of movie theater owners.

She will be seen starring opposite to actor Sacha Baron Cohen in the upcoming comedy “The Dictator.”

The actress had a long comedic film career with films such as “Yogi Bear,” “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs,” “Alvin in The Chipmunks: The Squeakquel,” “Take Me Home Tonight,” and the “Scary Movie” franchise. She also had roles in serious movies such as “Lost in Translation,” and “Brokeback Mountain.”

She discussed with the reporters about her upcoming role in “The Dictator,” and the desire to make another “Scary Movie.”
