Amy Seimetz couldn’t believe the timing of her film She Dies Tomorrow to the world today.

The film features a contagious virus that spreads the sense of hopelessness and anxiety amongst the populace. Anyone in contact with this contagion will enter the depressed state of mind.

It stars Kate Lyn Sheil (V/H/S, Equals), Jane Adams (Happiness, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), Kentucker Audley (V/H/S, Team Picture), Kate Aselton (The Freebie, The Gift), Chris Messina (Away We Go, Argo), Tunde Adebimpe (Rachel Getting Married, Never Back Down), Jennifer Kim (The Bourne Legacy, Mozart in the Jungle), Olivia Taylor Dudley (The Magicians, Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension), Michelle Rodriguez (Avatar, The Fast and the Furious), Josh Lucas (Ford v Ferrari, Sweet Home Alabama), and Adam Wingard (V/H/S, You’re Next).

Here’s the synopsis of the film:

After waking up convinced that she is going to die tomorrow, Amy’s carefully mended life begins to unravel. As her delusions of certain death become contagious to those around her, Amy and her friends’ lives spiral out of control in a tantalizing descent into madness.
