Ana de Armas Wows In Netflix’s Blonde Official Teaser

Marilyn Monroe is one of the most legendary actors in the world. A life cut too short, her story is filled with struggle and scandal. Many films have been made adapting her story over the years and this year, we’re getting another. Based on the novel by Joyce Carol Oates with the same name, the Blonde official teaser is out now and I can’t wait to see it.

I’ll Just Do It… “Diamonds Are A Girl’s Best Friend”

Starring as Marilyn Monroe is Ana de Armas. Known for her roles in War Dogs, No Time to Die, and Knives Out, de Armas looked fantastic in the teaser. I think they made a great casting choice for our Norma Jeane, but there will probably be some moments that will be hard to watch. I hope there’s only a short time given to JFK. We’ve got a dark past, movies, addiction, and three spouses to cover.

From director Andrew Dominik, and based on the bestselling novel by Joyce Carol Oates, Blonde boldly reimagines the complicated life of icon Marilyn Monroe. Blurring the lines of fact and fiction, the film artfully explores the tension between her public and private life.

Also starring is Adrien Brody, Bobby Cannavale, and Julianne Nicholson. Catch Blonde on Netflix on September 23. Also, the film is rated NC-17 so make sure the kids are fast asleep before watching.
