Aneesh Chaganty and Natalie Qasabian On Creating A Thrilling Story with Hulu’s Run [Exclusive Interview]

Aneesh Chaganty directed Hulu’s Run starring Sarah Paulson and Keira Allen

After the success of Searching starring John Cho, it was a difficult feat to top the indie darling that captivated audiences with that thriller.

However, director Aneesh Chaganty and producer Natalie Qasabian brought audiences another thrilling movie gem that audiences will talk about after the end credits roll with Run.

In this film, it unites screen veteran Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story, Ratched) with breakthrough newcomer Keira Allen in this thrilling tale between a mother and daughter. Aneesh Chaganty directed the film as he wrote the screenplay with Sev Ohanian.

Here’s the official synopsis:

They say you can never escape a mother’s love, but for Chloe, that’s not a comfort—it’s a threat. There’s something unnatural, even sinister about the relationship between Chloe (Allen) and her mom, Diane (Paulson). Diane has raised her daughter in total isolation, controlling every move she’s made since birth, and there are secrets that Chloe’s only beginning to grasp.
