Ant-Man and the Wasp – New Clip Shows The Wasp Take On Ghost

Ant-Man and the Wasp will be out nationwide in just a few days. To tide you over until then, Marvel has released this awesome clip of a fight scene between Evangeline Lilly’s Wasp and Hannah John-Kamen’s Ghost. This appears to be the first time anyone from the Ant-Man crew has encountered the character known as Ghost. Lilly seems surprised by the abilities of her foe, asking her father, “Dad, are you seeing this?” The clip ends with Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang heading off to help the Wasp, but not before being given what appears to be an experimental new Ant-Man suit by Michael Douglas’ Hank Pym.

Some folks who have seen the film, say it is more fun than Thor: Ragnarok, and while that may very well be true, I don’t see it being the breath of fresh air that Ragnarok was, as the first Ant-Man film was a lot better film than the first two Thor films, so I’m not sure the jump in fun and quality will be as noticeable.

In the comics, Ghost is a skilled marksman with a very high intellect, with a suit that produces the abilities of stealth, invisibility, and intangibility. The character is also an inventor, an experienced hacker, and a brilliant tactician.

Ant-Man and the Wasp opens this Friday, July 6.
