Apple TV+’s Luck Carpet Interviews

Luck with Eva Noblezada

Everyone needs a little bit of luck now and then. With the young Skydance Animation, the studio launched its first animated film Luck, with the streaming service Apple TV+.

Here is the synopsis for Luck:

From Apple Original Films and Skydance Animation comes the story of Sam Greenfield, the unluckiest person in the world, when she stumbles into the never-before-seen Land of Luck, and sets out on a quest to bring some good luck home for her best friend. But with humans not allowed, her only chance is teaming up with magical creatures who live there to do it.

The voice cast included Jane Fonda (Barbarella, Monster-in-Law), Whoopi Goldberg (Sister Act, The Color Purple), Eva Noblezada (Yellow Rose, Easter Sunday), and Simon Pegg (The World’s End, Shaun of the Dead). Peggy Holmes (The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Beginning, The Pirate Fairy) directed the animated film from the story by Kiel Murray (Cars, Raya and the Last Dragon).
