New photos from the set of Avengers: Infinity War come to us via the website VK. The photos show actor Jeremy Renner, who plays Hawkeye in the franchise, sporting a new haircut for the film. It was recently rumored that Hawkeye may be undergoing a real emotional transformation in this film, and knowing comic book fans may know exactly how that may manifest itself. This haircut certainly does corroborate that rumor. This isn’t the first new haircut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to be noticed, as Thor is seen sporting a fine looking new doo in Thor: Ragnarok.

Avengers: Infinity War is still pretty far off, with a release set for May 4, 2018. The majority of fans still haven’t seen the footage from earlier this year that sent the people in attendance at D-23 into a nerd frenzy. If the fans who saw the mind-blowing footage are to be believed,this film could quite possibly be Marvel’s best entry into their shared universe.
