****THIS POST CONTAINS MINOR SPOILERS FOR AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR****
One of the funnier, and now infamous lines in Avengers: Infinity War came from Drax the Destroyer, played by Dave Bautista, who actually improvised the line. In the scene where Iron Man and Spider-Man meet Star-Lord, and Drax meet for the first time, there was a bit of confusion. Star-Lord was looking for Gamora, who had been taken by her father, Thanos. Star-Lord questions Tony Stark about the whereabouts of Gamora, to which Stark replies, “I’ll do you one better, who is Gamora?” Drax then chimes in, true to his character, “I’ll do you one better, WHY is Gamora?” While speaking with Yahoo! Entertainment, co-writer on the film, Christopher Markus said that Dave Bautista improved that line.
“The script only said, ‘Where is Gamora?’ ‘I’ll do you even better: Who is Gamora?’ And then one day Bautista just goes, ‘I’ll do you one better: Why is Gamora?’”

Bautista definitely enhanced the bit with his improvisation. This was a great line, and spot-on for the character. Due to Drax’s personality, he has become a favorite among fans. His literal humor and bluntness have provided for a handful of comedic scenes within the Guardians of the Galaxy films, as well as his latest effort in Avengers: Infinity War.
