Bruce Banner To Appear In Moon Knight Rumor | Barside Buzz

Today we share a new rumor from the latest episode of the DisInsider Podcast. Namely, Bruce Banner to appear in Moon Knight! Bruce might not be the obvious choice for that show, however as the outlet says in their podcast, it kinda seems like Bruce is the one connecting all these new players to the Avengers. You can catch the latest Episode in the link above. If you just want to skip straight to the relevant section, then you’ll need to jump all the way to the end for their rumor of the week. The timestamp is 02:12:00.

Nothing else is mentioned other than the fact of Bruce Banner to appear in Moon Knight. They don’t say where or for how long the character (played by Mark Ruffalo) will show up? It’s possible this could merely therefore be a post-credit stinger, kinda like how Ruffalo also appeared in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings?

You just get the feeling that Hulk showing up in the main story of Moon Knight doesn’t make much sense here. Of course we know that Banner also shows up in the upcoming She-Hulk. However that is a more sizable role as you’d expect. Moon Knight though, is first out the gate and will be with us on March 30th. Or, the premier will at least.

I never really considered the likes of Moon Knight, Werewolf by Night, or Blade to be Avengers. Yet there will also be a connection between those and Dane Whitman, and if we follow the comics Whitman’s Black Knight should end up an Avenger. I was more hoping and expecting we might get a Midnight Sons series or movie eventually? I guess we may still get that and Banner showing up doesn’t necessarily mean Moon Knight is an Avenger, yet anyway.

What do you think of this rumor? Are you hoping Banner does show up in Moon Knight? Thoughts below as always.
