Now that Disney has obtained rights to The X-Men and Fantastic Four, the thoughts of the kinds of character meet-ups we might see in the future are very enticing. And it’s not just fans who are who have ideas about where things can go.

Chris Hemworth, who as you might know is a plays a huge part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe by portraying Thor, recently spoke with ScreenRant, and revealed his desire to have his Thor and Jackman’s Wolverine appear on screen together:

“We can bring him back to life… Now that you’ve informed me that it’s a possibility I’m going to get on the one phone and try to coax him over or convince him and see if he has one more in him.”

Well,  I am on Hemsworth’s side, I don’t think there would be many fans against this idea. Sure, Logan was a perfect send off for Jackman and Wolverine, but since it is set in the future, it is possible Jackman can appear as Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe without disturbing what happened in Logan. Having played a Marvel character longer than any other actor, it seems fitting for him to appear in the magnificent universe Marvel Studios has created. Unfortunately, Jackman seems adamant his claws have been hung up for good.
