According to the The Hollywood Reporter actor Cillian Murphy is reportedly in talks to join the cast of the sequel to last year’s suprise hit, A Quiet Place. Co-written by John Krasinski (He’s come a long way since being Jim Halpert, by will somehow always be Jim.)

THR‘s source says that Murphy will “will play a man with mysterious intentions who joins the family unit.”
Minimal dialogue really helped to build suspense, and the first few minutes of the movie sent viewers a message that told them not to get too comfortable with an unexpected move that made you say, “Alright, so that’s how this is going to be.”
For me, Murphy is a welcomed addition to most any cast. Many fans know Murphy as the villain Scarecrow from the first film in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, Batman Begins. He is also an old-timey badass in the Netflix original Peaky Blinders. He has also been in Inception, 28 Days Later, and, Red Eye.
But I remember him from a film called, Sunshine, about astronauts sent to reignite the Sun. It’s been years since I watched it, I remember really liking the film until the end, but I don’t remember how it ended, I just know at the time, I didn’t like it. Maybe I should watch it again. Am I miss remembering, or did the ending ruin it?
