Come Check Out This List Of Awesome Movie Memorabilia You Probably Can’t Afford To Buy

Oh the assortment of geeky memorabilia I would buy if I happened to hit the Powerball. I would be traveling around to auctions like the one taking place September 30 in London and hosted by Prop Store. Two of the bigger and more expensive items available are Michael Keaton’s Batsuit from the 1989 Batman, and Mace Windu’s purple lightsaber, though I doubt the actual working Kyber crystal is included, but the hilt is cool enough.

Around 900 items will be available to bid on, with the auction having a total value of around $7.3 million. Along with the first big screen Batsuit, and Master Windu’s mutha freakin lightsaber, are some really cool items including a ghost trap from Ghostbusters, 007’s silenced PP7 pistol from Goldeneye, the axe Jack Nicholson used in The Shining, and the sword used by William Wallace in Braveheart (user must be over seven-feet tall to wield).

An official description of the event follows below.

Prop Store is hosting one of Europe’s largest and most exciting Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auctions across two days at the ODEON BFI IMAX in London, September 30th and October 1st 2019″

Of course the items mentioned above won’t come cheap with Bond’s pistol coming in at $70K and Mace’s lightsaber will get you for $120K. There are some cheaper items such as a golden ticket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which can be yours for $375.

I would love to have a room in my house that is the nerd version of the warehouse at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark where the Ark of the Covenant is stored, and have it packed full of geek memorabilia.

If you had the money to do so, which item listed would you buy? Let us know in the comments down below!
