Daisy Ridley On Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker Ending – ‘Just Wait And See’

In a recent interview, Daisy Ridley says she's ready for a Rey return in the upcoming Star Wars sequel currently in development.

There’s no doubt about it. There is a lot riding on Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The most recent saga film, The Last Jedi, as great as it was to me, proved to be an incredibly polarizing piece of art. Many fans have sworn it off as one of the worst films in the franchise, with some going so far as to say it’s even worse than the Prequel Trilogy, which, of course, is absolute lunacy.

Regardless, it’s clear that this movie not only has to unite the fandom in agreeing that it’s amazing, but it has to bring an end to all nine episodes of the main saga. This is an unenviable task, but one that actress Daisy Ridley thinks they nailed.

“Just wait and see what J.J. and [co-writer Chris Terrio] did,” she told Yahoo!. “It’s really impressive how they wrapped it up altogether and hopefully [with] a fitting ending.”

Fingers crossed on this one. As someone who loved The Last Jedi, I hope it doesn’t undercut that film in order to bring it all together. What do you hope to see from the ending? Let us know your thoughts down below!
