Some Barside Buzz today says the Champions series is to film in 2026, plus, is Daredevil already confirmed for Avengers: Doomsday? Let’s start with Charlie Cox’s Daredevil. Up till now I doubt anyone could say for sure the character would appear in the already stuffed Avengers movies coming up. Well, after a rumor from Daniel RPK that Daredevil was in Doomsday at least, we then got something more, potentially.
A gym where Cox had been working out posted this on Instagram.
“It’s been Awesome having Charlie and his wife, Sam Cox in at DFRNT over the past few weeks! Charlie is currently training for his role in the upcoming @marvel Avengers movie where he will play @daredevil.”
“It’s been our absolute pleasure working with you both and we can’t wait to watch you on the big screen!”
Now, this could just be a non-Marvel fan paraphrasing what Cox told them. Or, and this makes more sense, Cox is actually in training for Doomsday filming. The movie kicks off production next year. You decide and let us know what you think.

In the meantime we have another rumor from Daniel on his Patreon. This time about Champions. Now, you may be wondering what the hell Champions is? It’s the series that we used to call Young Avengers, which we heard had a title change recently.
Daniel says he’s heard that Champions is currently marked to begin filming in 2026. He also says the show is set after the events of Avengers: Secret Wars, which I think we already guessed.
I won’t get into possible cast, because if you’ve been watching the MCU, you know all the characters teased or introduced already. The show’s leads are likely to be Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel) and Hailee Steinfeld (Hawkeye).
