Deadpool 3 Release Window Is Set Says Kevin Feige But He’s Not Saying When

Deadpool 3 release window is set says Kevin Feige. The Marvel boss recently spoke with ComicBook and was asked about the upcoming third Deadpool movie. Recently star Ryan Reynolds confirmed he was working on the script and that there was a 70% chance the movie would film in 2022. When asked, Feige confirmed what Reynolds said, but also confirmed they have a release window planned for the film when asked. When that is though, he obviously did not say?

“We do,” Feige said. “And the script is in the works and Ryan is working very hard on it with our writers as we speak.”

Deadpool is expected to be the only part of the Fox X-Men Universe that carries over into the MCU. Given the nature of Deadpool is comedy, fans will probably accept the status quo. With all the Multiverse things going on lately in the MCU, it would be pretty easy for the Deadpool from the Fox Universe to end up crossing over. However I do hope he is the only X-Men character that makes the jump. I don’t want the Fox X-Men to be reused from another Multiverse, I want Marvel to create their own X-Men from the ground up.

Those Fox movies were not all that great and should be left firmly in the past. However Disney is smart enough to know that Deadpool is popular and that it can work in the MCU. I just hope we don’t see Deadpool showing up in like Avengers 5 or 6. Deadpool would not suit a serious emotional movie for me. However, I’m not a huge Deadpool fan, so maybe that’s my bias talking?

Are you excited to hear that a Deadpool 3 release window is planned? What do you want to see from Deadpool when he makes his debut in the MCU? Leave any thoughts below as usual.
