I think most fans kinda had a feel for this with Jackman back anyway, but according to the latest Barside Buzz Deadpool 3 will have a lot of similarities with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Exactly what similarities we are talking about is all the alt-universe character appearances. Some fans of course wanted much more in Multiverse of Madness than they got. However, whether that is also the case with Deadpool 3 remains to be seen? Check out the post below by regular insider MTTSH.

Given the more crazy and comedic nature of Deadpool, you just don’t imagine them not really leaning into this. Aside from the return of Jackman as Wolverine, there have been other rumors we can’t substantiate. Possible multiple versions of Wolverine showing up, other X-Men from the Fox movies and even some rumors that Fox Fantastic Four characters could show up. I can actually imagine this working much better in Deadpool 3 than it did in Multiverse of Madness. We also no that Loki‘s TVA are in the movie, though so far no word on Loki/Tom Hiddleston himself.

As you can also see from the related link above, there a rumor around that Deadpool 3 will actually end up being titled Deadpool and Wolverine. I feel it may well be a better title for what we are about to see. Though since filming isn’t underway yet, it’s all just rumors for now.

Deadpool 3‘s production is currently delayed due to the WGA strike. However once that, eventually, gets resolved we should see both Deadpool and Thunderbolts go into production for the MCU. Probably with Blade not far off that.

So the general Barside Buzz is that Deadpool 3 will have a lot of similarities with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Hopefully, it wil be just a little better than the Doctors Strange sequel. What do you think of this latest rumor? Let us know below.
