Deadpool Is Relentless In His Pursuit Of Wolverine | SDCC 2018

Deadpool still won’t drop his crush, as this past weekend at San Diego Comic-Con an extended version of the post-credit scene where Deadpool shoots the awful version of his character that was shown in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, with the following line added in.

“One day your old pal Wade’s gonna ask you to get back in the saddle again. When he does, say yes.”

Reynolds himself expressed that he still believes there’s a chance he can get Hugh Jackman to reprise the role he is most known for while speaking at the SDCC panel, saying :

“You never know.”

Isn’t Reynolds hinting at something? Possibly, but unlikely as Jackman has been steadfast in his refusal to return as Wolverine. Logan gave Wolverine a fantastic sendoff, but seeing as how the film was set in the future, Wolverine and Deadpool could meet up without tarnishing the swan song that is Logan.

Personally, I would like to see Jackman return, and I am guessing I am not alone as far as the fandom. It’s unreasonable to think he would return for a full role in a film, so at this point it’s best to aim for a cameo.

Do you think Jackman will ever give in? Let us know in the comments down below!
