Destiny 2: Season Of The Chosen Announces Classic Strikes And New Public Event.

Bungie announces on Feb 2 a cinematic trailer that show us what’s to come.

The new season will be launched on Feb 9- May 11. This season introduces to us new strikes, new activity and new exotics.

One new activity coming this season called Battleground. Battlegrounds is going to be about Guardians will engage in ritual combat against Caiatl’s chosen warriors.”- Bungie, and the players will be limited to parties of three.

In addition to this new activity, there will be three strikes added to “The Season of the Chosen.” Two of these strikes will be returning from Destiny 1, these being “The Devil’s Lair”, and the “Fallen S.A.B.E.R.” The third new strike is called “Proving Grounds” and is set in Nessus. 

This season 13 brings back Umbral Engrams from season 11. 

Following the disestablishment of Xiru Arath in season 12, we are introduced to a new character, Emerpess Caiatl, which is the daughter of Calus. She comes to the Guardians seeking an alliance, against Xiru Arath manipulation but negotiations fall through because Empress Caiatl asked to much that the Guardians didn’t agree with the cabal Empress it’s now your task to fight against Empress Caiatl.
