In today’s episode, Kyle and Nick discuss entertainment news including new quotes from Ernie Hudson about the New Ghostbusters: Afterlife film and his character’s arc. It appears that Winston, the Ghostbuster played by Hudson, will get a finished character arc. This is something that happened in other Ghostbusters media but was severely lacking in the film.
Hearing that Jason Reitman, the film’s director and son of the OG GB flick’s director Ivan, gave Winston a complete arc gives Kyle hope that there may be a Ghostbusters movie buried beneath Sony’s poor attempts to capitalize (years late) on the Stranger Things and IT nostalgia meets kids trend.
