Did The Grandmaster Survive Avengers: Infinity War?

After Thanos’ epic snap in Avengers: Infinity War, many fans are wondering if certain characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe survived. We have heard of the fates of several characters since the film’s release and today we learn about Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster character. The legendary actor recently spoke with Digital Spy and confirmed the Grandmaster made it through the snapocalypse.

“Grandmaster is more superheroed than all of them put together. You can’t kill me, I’m like a vampire,. I’m deathless and I can kill people by looking at them. Or I can resurrect them just by looking at them and thinking of them. I can do everything. Being able to do all of that, all I want to do is play games.So really I’m everywhere and nowhere. I’m like Keyser Söze.”

Goldblum continued :

“Yes, yes, yes. I could be, potentially, very much around. Anything they want me to do I’d be ready and able.”

Grandmaster has been a perfect role for which Goldblum to be part of the MCU as well as the superhero genre. Goldblum’s natural traits seem to fit well with the Grandmaster’s personality and makes him a welcome addition tot he Marvel family.
