Disney+ is raising it’s prices.
Such a move is not uncommon for streaming services, especially when they are as hot as Disney+. The service is performing far above even Disney’s expectations as far as subscription numbers. That’s what happens when you have A+ content including must watch streaming like The Mandalorian, WandaVision, and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
Starting March 26th, Disney+ will cost everyone subscribed an extra dollar a month. That’s right, even if you aren’t adding the service after the 26th, you’ll be paying $7.99 for April instead of $6.99.
The change also includes all the different packages Disney offers for their streaming service. The yearly subscription is being raised to $79.99. The Disney+ bundle which includes the service, Hulu with ads, and ESPN+ will increase from $12.99 to $13.99 each month. That’s $19.99 for Hulu without ads.

If you don’t have Disney+ yet and want to avoid the increase, subscribe today for the yearly price of $69.99, because tomorrow will be too late.
The only ones not effected at all are those who got the special preorder deal in spring 2019, that gave you 3 years for $130. I have that, so I’m set for a while longer.
As stated already, price increases are not uncommon for streaming services. Netflix has raised theirs so much since its launch that it costs me more than even HBO Max. And that’s crazy!
