Emilia Clark is the latest actor to join Marvel Studios’ Secret Invasion. Yesterday we reported that Oscar-Winner Olivia Colman is in talks to also join the Disney+ series. Previously, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Ben Mendelsohn, and Samuel L. Jackson were confirmed to lead the series.

Variety broke the news of four-time Emmy nominee Emilia Clark hopping into another Disney Universe. She already appeared in the Star Wars Universe in Solo: A Star Wars Story. Obviously, she is still most known for Game of Thrones.

Secret Invasion will be the shapeshifting Skrulls’ second time to shine, following their introduction in Captain Marvel. While the Skrulls turned out to be the good guys in Captain Marvel, Secret Invasion tells the story of their more sinister infiltration of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that has been hidden for decades. Ben-Adir is said to be playing the main villain.

Kyle Bradstreet will write and executive produce the series for Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios. With the cast growing this quickly, the series seems like it will be shooting fairly soon.

Emilia Clark has also appeared in the films Last Christmas, Me Before You, and Terminator Genisys. I honestly forgot about that last one.
