Full Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny Trailer Is Here – It Looks Good – So Far

The full Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny trailer is here folks. So far, I have to say the movie looks good, but I'll reserve judgement.

The full Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny trailer is here folks. So far, I have to say the movie looks good, but I’ll reserve judgement. The new trailer was dropped to coincide with Star Wars Celebration taking place this weekend. I’m sure I don’t need to explain the connection Indiana Jones has to Star Wars, which is why it was dropped here. (Hint: Lucasfilm)

Check it out.

There’s not much here that describes the plot beyond what we already saw in the teaser trailer. We kinda knew that we’d get flashbacks to WWII, and we thought that would be connected to the antagonists. This trailer confirms that to be the case, and that the Nazi’s are after the Dial of Destiny. The artifact was at one point stolen by Indy during WWII and now his goddaughter Helena is looking for it. As such Indy gets caught up in one final adventure to save the world and time itself.

The trailer does give me goosebumps. This looks like a proper, fun Indiana Jones movie. Yet, at the same time I’m reluctant to get my hopes up too much given the previous movie. The trailer for KOTCS looked good as well remember. Perhaps the fact that Lucasfilm have just announced Mangold is directing a movie set within the Dawn of the Jedi period of Star Wars is an indication the studio is happy with Indy 5. I hope so, not just because I want a good Indy movie, but because I want a good Star Wars movie.

What do you think of the full Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny trailer? Do you agree with me that the trailer looks good so far? As always, leave any thoughts you have below.
