Gotham: Jeremiah Goes Full Joker In New Teaser?

Gotham has been a bit of an interesting beast. Initially, many believed the show would be a more grounded take on Gotham City that followed James Gordon in the years leading up to when it became a giant cuckoo’s nest. Before the crazies invaded, one would likely expect a more traditional class of criminal, right?

It became clear from the get-go that this would not be the case. Along with its hyperviolent nature, the show juxtaposed it with an odd, cartoony vibe. What’s more, anyone who was hoping to see the mythology of the city expand outside of the typical rogues’ gallery would be sorely disappointed, as the show would be diving headfirst into some of his biggest villains.

But what about the Joker? That’s been a big question from the very beginning. Would the Clown Prince of Crime be making his way into the show? It’s been a real “will they, won’t they” between the show, Jerome, and later, Jeremiah. They’ve gotten close on several occasions, but if we’re talking about a Joker that actually exists alongside Batman, we haven’t gotten there just yet.

With a new teaser for the upcoming final season of Gotham, we have yet another look at Jeremiah in the increasing Joker-esque look.
