Harley Quinn Writer Gives Us Insight On The Ayer Cut Of Suicide Squad

For the last few years we have gotten different posts from the original director of Warner Bros. Pictures’ Justice League. So now that it’s official that we are going to get to see the Snyder Cut, we have a little bit of an idea of what we are going to see. That is not the case with another film that fans are hoping to get the same treatment, David Ayer’s Suicide Squad.

The studio changed the tone of the film after the negative reception of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. So in the end Ayer did not have the opportunity to showcase the film that he had originally planned. The question now is, what would be so different about the Ayer cut?

While we don’t many changes, one of the comic book creators responsible for bringing Harley Quinn to her current popularity, Jimmy Palmiotti, took to Twitter to give us a little insight on one thing that we can expect from an Ayer Cut of the film. You can check out the Tweet below!

This makes a lot of sense as we know that Jared Leto, who played the Joker, had shot many other scenes that were not used in the film. Also being that Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn was one of the bright spots, it wouldn’t be a bad thing to see both of them have more screen time.

It would be interesting to see what more we would see with Joker and Harley. If it would be more shots from the past or aspects of their current relationship in the film. Either way would you like to see more Joker and Harley in an Ayer Cut of the film? Let us know in the comment section below!
