According to some recent Barside Buzz Harry Potter and Game of Thrones star Natalia Tena has already filmed scenes for an MCU project. Sadly, the source spreading this rumor does not know the name of that project. This all comes from Daniel RPK on his Patreon, so RPK has a good hit rate for Marvel. Not an infallible hit rate though so always take rumors with a pinch of salt.

Tena played popular and tragic character Tonks within the Harry Potter series whilst also portraying Wildling Osha in Game of Thrones for umpteen Seasons. In other words she a damn fine actress.

All RPK says is that the actress has joined the MCU and already filmed scenes for a project. Ergo, it has to be on that has started filming and not been yet released. So what are our possibilities? Well, we have Captain America: Brave New World, currently getting reshoots but it’s initial principal photography was completed prior to the actors strikes. There’s also the possibility of Deadpool & Wolverine. Still filming now, but like the former above this one also was filming prior to the strikes.

That’s the only movie possibilities I can see as no other movie has begun production. On the streaming side there are other projects. Daredevil: Born Again was filming prior to strikes and is still filming now. We also have Ironheart which was completed prior to the strikes but we hear is set for reshoots this year. Final contender on streaming is Agatha All Along or whatever the hell that series will end up titled. Unless I am missing something, then no other projects have began filming and not been released.

So it’s between Brave New World, Deadpool & Wolverine, Daredevil: Born Again, Ironheart and Agatha Whatever.

I’d normally finish up with some speculation of where I could see Tena fit in. However, I really don’t know of any known characters in those movies we don’t already have casting for. Therefore, I’d be looking for needles in a haystack.
