Alright, no one panic just yet, but it is being reported that Fox has removed X-Men: Dark Phoenix from their website. With the film already set for reshoots, has Fox shelved the project? While there is nothing official to confirm that they have indeed stopped production on the film, one has to wonder what exactly is going on?
This could simply be some sort of technical error with the website, an error that only seems to be affecting one film. The reason for the film’s removal from the slate could also be from the studio learning reshoots are going to be more of a task than originally thought but it could also be something much bigger, such as something to do with Fox accepting Disney’s latest offer to acquire most of their assets.

Looking around the site myself, I can’t find the film, so at least at this very moment, it is still missing from the studio’s website. It’s worth noting that The New Mutants is still there. Back in late March, the film’s release date was pushed back from November of this year to February of 2019, already suffering from reshoots and bad test screenings, the film’s apparent removal from Fox’s website doesn’t sound like a good thing.
