From Academy Award® nominee Taylor Sheridan, 1923 is the next installment of the Dutton family origin story following the record-breaking performance of 1883. 1923 will introduce a new generation of the Dutton family and explore the early twentieth century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west, and the Duttons who call it home.
Helen Mirren was born Helen Lydia Mironoff in London to an English mother and Russian Father. At the age of six her father changed the family name to Mirren. Growing up Mirren was part of the school productions and attended New College of Speech and Drama. After joining the Nation Youth Theatre her career took off and signed on with agent Al Parker. For several years she led a successful career in theater and later to the big screen. She is known for Gosford Park, The Queen, Red and Hitchcock among several other projects.
I took part in participating with another group of journalists during the roundtable with Helen Mirren to ask about 1923. After getting to watch the first episode I had several questions. However, I was mainly curious about the relationship between Cara Dutton and Spencer Dutton. Check out the full roundtable below
