Returning for its 12th annual showcase, the Her Universe Fashion Show 2026 Presented by Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products will once again transform the Harbor Ballroom at the Manchester Grand Hyatt into a celebration of fandom, fashion, and creativity on Thursday, July 23, at 6:00 p.m. The event has grown into one of Comic-Con’s most sought-after attractions, regularly filling the venue to standing-room-only capacity.

An Entire Runway Dedicated to DC

For the first time in the show’s history, every competing designer will create an original couture look inspired exclusively by characters from DC’s expansive universe. The competition once again carries a career-changing reward. Two winning designers will earn the opportunity to collaborate with Her Universe on a special fashion collection, giving them the chance to see their creations reach fans around the world.

For many past participants, the event has served as a launching pad into professional careers in geek fashion and licensed apparel design.

Ashley Eckstein Returns

Her Universe founder and actress Ashley Eckstein will return to host the event, continuing a tradition she began more than a decade ago.

“It’s time for Geek Couture to take new heights,” Eckstein said in a statement. “We are so excited to see how this year’s designers are inspired by DC. There are few franchises as popular as DC and it’s a privilege to be inspired by this vast world. We’re so ready to take our show… ‘Up, up and away!'”

Under Eckstein’s leadership, the annual showcase has become one of Comic-Con’s signature Thursday-night events, drawing fans who line up hours before the doors open in hopes of securing a seat.
