Given the title it goes without saying that we have Indiana Jones 5 SPOILERS here, so I’m giving you fair warning before you go any further. You can weigh up your options like Indy in that famous image below.
**Indiana Jones 5 SPOILERS Below!**
Ok if you are still with me, lets just get straight to it. Substitute the word SPOILERS for Nazis’ and that’s where we are. Yup, we can say for sure now that the Nazi’s are back as an antagonist in Indiana Jones 5. This week I already covered some pre-filming set up for Indiana Jones 5 at Bamburgh Castle. I shared a video with a now deleted image showing what looked like sandbags and barbed wire.

You can find that initial story in the related section right above. However I and other’s including the video host Kevin speculated this could mean we are getting a WW2 Nazi prologue, or flashback. Of course, Indiana Jones 5 is set long after the Nazi’s were defeated as a military force. Ergo, the speculation this could be a prologue or flashback. I said in the article that if we see any signs of Nazi’s on set, this would confirm our speculation.
Well, as you can see from the latest video by Indiana Jones Nerd, aka Kevin, who has found a video online showing more of the Bamburgh preparations. It shows the Nazi symbol on a crate being used as a prop.
Add this to the fact the castle is being set up like a defensive base for military. Also add in the fact that even if Nazi’s are in Indiana Jones 5, they won’t have a Castle and armies in the 1960’s, and you are left with very little options. Therefore the speculation that Indiana Jones 5 will either have a WW2 era flashback, or prologue, is logical. One would also assume we would get to see a de-aged Harrison Ford for whatever they are filming here.
As with all speculation, more evidence could come to light which changes the logic here. Given filming has not even began, I’m guessing we will find a few more details shared online. My bet is eventually we are gonna see a lot of extra’s wearing Nazi uniforms.
