Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny Trailer Puts Indy Front And Center

Harrison Ford says he wanted to look like an old man on Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.

The highly anticipated fifth film of the Indiana Jones franchise has a trailer and movie poster now. The Walt Disney Company just released the teaser trailer for Lucasfilm’s Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny and it looks amazing. The upcoming film brings back the legend Harrison Ford as the famous hero archaeologist Indiana Jones and is directed by James Mangold who also directed one of my favorite films Ford v Ferrari and one of the most popular comic book films of all time Logan. The film will open in theaters on June 30, 2023. You can check out the trailer below.

The Walt Disney Company also released the official poster for Lucasfilm’s Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny which puts the hero front and center for this upcoming film. The way that the trailer and movie poster looks is a safe bet that this film will keep Dr. Jones as the focal point unlike the previous film.

Starring along with Ford are Phoebe Waller-Bridge (“Fleabag”), Antonio Banderas (“Pain and Glory”), John Rhys-Davies (“Raiders of the Lost Ark”), Shaunette Renee Wilson (“Black Panther”), Thomas Kretschmann (“Das Boot”), Toby Jones (“Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom”), Boyd Holbrook (“Logan”), Oliver Richters (“Black Widow”), Ethann Isidore (“Mortel”) and Mads Mikkelsen (“Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore”). Directed by James Mangold, the film is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel, with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas serving as executive producers. John Williams, who has scored each Indy adventure since the original “Raiders of the Lost Ark” in 1981, is once again composing the score.

Let us hope that the previous Indiana Jones films will be on Disney+ in the near future before the release of the upcoming film.
