Is Jim O'Heir In The Mandalorian Season 3?

You readers may know Jim O’Heir as Jerry in Parks and Recreation, however the question we ask today, is Jim O’Heir in The Mandalorian Season 3? The answer, I think, is yes, but it’s definitely Star Wars related. See, on the most recent Parks and Recollections Podcast with hosts Rob Lowe and Alan Yang, they had Jim on. At the very end of the episode after talking a lot about Parks and Recreation, O’Heir is asked what he is working on now. He is loathe to state the name, so he merely mentions he is working in New Mexico right now. However Alan basically says he’s working on the next installment of Star Wars. Check out the last 2 minutes for the specific moment I am referring to if you click the link above.

There is currently only one Star Wars project actually filming and that’s The Mandalorian Season 3. Other things are coming, but they haven’t quite kicked off yet, we think. We knew Mando S3 was filming in LA as usual. However it is possible that they’ve gone to New Mexico for some location filming. Another intriguing part to this mystery is the recent image long time Mando director Bryce Dallas Howard shared for her birthday.

Some super sleuths on Reddit have already worked out the image above is in, you guessed it, New Mexico. Now whilst the directors for Mando S3 have not yet been announced, there are some names I’d be surprised not to see. One of them is definitely Bryce Dallas Howard.

To conclude? Jim O’Heir confirmed to be working on a project he’s not allowed to talk about in New Mexico. The host of the show he was on basically says it’s Star Wars. We also have a director of Mando posting pictures from the same area at the same time. For me , the answer then seems clear. Is Jim O’Heir in The Mandalorian Season 3? Probably, in some capacity. Additionally whatever that is, he was filming on the New Mexico set. That also means that BDH is likely directing at least one episode of The Mandalorian again, and I’m happy with that.

As for who or what O’Heir could be playing? Whoosh, no clue and likely neither does anyone else outside the production team. I guess we will find out whenever Mando S3 drops? Leave your thoughts on this news below as always.
