There are some characters who will always have our hearts and that we can’t get enough of.  Whether you consider him a villain or not, a majority of fans love Loki and were crushed to see his demise at the hands of Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. We have known that Disney+ will be bringing fans a series on the streaming service titled Loki which is set to begin production next month.

According to Murphy’s Multiverse, casting has commenced for a few characters.  Now whether this is for the series mentioned above is yet to be specified, but is more than likely at this time.

“Male, 10 years old, British, Open Ethnicity, smart and brave with a sharp wit and life experience beyond his years…RECURRING”

“Female, 10 years old, British, Caucasian, in tears over a frightening situation, she relies on her intelligence and resilience to find a way out.”

Could the male character be a young Loki?  The description sounds pretty accurate. Even though there has not been a confirmation concerning where these characters will be involved the casting company who released the casting call was working out of an Atlanta office where Loki is set to begin production.

The main area of focus is the “recurring” part in all caps.  Could this be a character used for flashbacks for Loki or could it just be a different character completely?  The female character is not recurring, but some feel that it could be a younger version of Sophia Di Martino’s character. Her role has been kept anonymous since she was cast in November, but there have been discussions as to who she may be playing which range from Amora, Enchantress, Leah, or even a female reincarnated Loki.
