Jason Statham is a master of action in close combat. And this time, it’ll be on a cargo ship in Mutiny.

In another action-hero film, Jason Statham is a one-man avenger who uncovers a conspiracy aboard a ship.

Annabelle Wallis (The Mummy, Annabelle, Roland Møller (Land of Mine, Skyscraper), and Adrian Lester (The Day After Tomorrow, Primary Colors) round out the cast. Jean-François Richet (Mesrine: Killer Instinct) directed the film from the screenplay written by Lindsay Michel and J.P. Davis.

Here is the official synopsis:

In Mutiny, after witnessing his billionaire boss’s murder and being framed for the crime, Cole Reed (Jason Statham) boards a cargo ship on a one-man crusade to avenge his boss’ death only to discover an international conspiracy.

Lionsgate released the first official trailer of Mutiny. In this trailer, it’s all Jason Statham doing what he does best—beating up the bad guys. But, who’s complaining? Also in the trailer is the voiceover of Muhammad Ali’s famous greatest speech. Not quite sure how it relates to the film, though.

Mutiny is in theaters on Friday, August 21.
