Josh Gad’s Visit To The Rise Of Skywalker Set Spoiled Something Huge

How would you like to be invited to the set of a major film, arguably one of the most anticipated films of all-time? That would be awesome, wouldn’t it? Well, I would say nine of out ten times that would be great, however, actor Josh Gad (Frozen) experienced the bad side of this opportunity.

The actor was invited by his friend Daisy Ridley to the set during the last day of shooting for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. I’ve cured up the video at the top of the article for you folks to check out the first thing he heard when he arrived on set.

The theory of Rey being a Palpatine has been around for quite a while, but also factor in actually seeing they brought the Emperor back and yeah, that’s a pretty big spoiler. I had my own issues with Rise of Skywalker spoilers (I finally watched the film yesterday and upon initial viewing, meh)

Though I have to say, I would trade a visit to the set of a Star Wars film for most any spoiler. I understand where Gad is coming from, but I would take that trade.
