Actor Alan Tudyk has revealed that K-S20 is not in Andor. However, what the actor means is Andor Season 1, Tudyk also says he is supposed to be in Andor, just not yet. This would be our first solid indication that Andor will have multiple seasons. How many seasons is anyone’s guess, though it can’t be too many given what we know of Andor’s death in Rogue One.
If we take Tudyk’s comments at face value though, they tell us that Andor has at least a season 2 to come eventually. It is interesting, because fans have recently been debating this point anyway. When Lucasfilm made all their Disney Investor Day announcements Andor was not listed as one-off or limited series. So fans began speculating that Andor would be multiple seasons. Whereas, initially when Andor was announced, everyone just assumed it would be a limited series like Obi-Wan Kenobi. I guess this shows you never to make unfounded assumptions and I am guilty as charged.

Tudyk recently spoke to Collider, and here is what the actor said about Andor and K-S20. Well, the most interesting parts of what Tudyk said anyway.
“They’re shooting it right now, I’m not in it. But, if it stays on the air, stories keep getting told, I’ll end up in there.”
“I’m going to be in the show. It’s just that the story that Tony [Gilroy] is telling doesn’t involve K-2SO until later on… I can’t be too specific, but I can definitely say that I’m not going to be in the first season.”
Seems pretty clear to me. K-S20 is not in Andor Season 1, but probably will be in Andor Season 2. When Andor Season 2 is likely to film or release is anyone’s guess outside of Lucasfilm. For now, let’s just see who Season 1 of Andor goes, and whether fans really want to see Season 2 of the show.
