List Of Winners From Last Night’s Game Awards

While they’re not quite as big as the Academy Awards, the Emmys, or even the Golden Globes, The Game Awards do provide the gaming industry with some recognition. Now in it’s fifth year, the ceremony honors the best achievements in gaming over the last year as well as providing an outlet for upcoming games to promote themselves.

Notable winners include the very popular western themed game, Red Dead Redemption 2, which took home the most awards of the night, and God of War, which took home Game of the Year. You can check out the full list of winners below

The event is organized by Geoff Keighley, who also acts as the host. It seems like an award ceremony for video games would be a much bigger and more well-known event by now with how big the industry has become. Though it is nice to see the people that work extremely hard to be honored for their efforts
