Little Voice First Look Apple TV+ Trailer With Sara Bareilles’ Performance

Little Voice
Little Voice featuring on Apple TV+’s.

Little Voice, a romantic coming-of-age series, will join the Apple TV+’s original lineup series.

The show is a love letter to the diverse community of music in New York. It is a story about finding your authentic voice—and the courage to use it. Bess King (played by Brittany O’Grady) is a uniquely talented performer struggling to fulfill her dreams while navigating rejection, love, and complicated family issues.

The rest of the cast includes Sean Teale, Colton Ryan, Shalini Bathina, Kevin Valdez, Philip Johnson Richardson, and Chuck Cooper.

You may recognize Brittany O’Grady from the critically acclaimed Fox series Star. She has an amazing voice, so playing the lead role in this romantic series fits perfectly for her career. She starred in CW’s The Messengers back in 2015 and was in the horror remake of Black Christmas last year.

Besides the theme song, music for the show is written by Sara Bareilles.

Little Voice is produced by J.J. Abrams, musician Sara Bareilles, Jessie Nelson (Stepmom, Waitress), and Ben Stephenson (Westworld). Nelson, who also penned the Broadway show Waitress, wrote and directed the first episode.

The half-hour-long television series makes its global debut on Friday, July 10, on Apple TV+.

The new series join a great lineup of original Apple TV+ series, including Defending Jacob, Central Park, The Morning Show, and See. Since its launch last year, Apple TV+ committed to regularly release original programming better than other streaming services, in my opinion.

In this first look trailer for Little Voice, it features Grammy-winner Sara Bareilles performing the original theme song to the show.
