The Marvel TV characters are rumored to be the same but different in the MCU, including Quake. Now, by this what is meant, is that the Marvel TV shows, everything from Netflix shows, to Inhumans and SHIELD were all from a different Multiverse. When these characters are introduced into the MCU, they will supposedly have similar origin stories, but these are in fact the 616 version. Check out the social media post below.
For the people who need to hear it this is essentially how they explain the inclusion of the Netflix characters as well https://t.co/9YZoECBFut pic.twitter.com/ykCHzPc6JB

Newish leaker The Watcher makes some claims about how Quake will come into the MCU and KC Walsh of The GWW backs up that this is how those characters will come back.
So far we have had both Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk make their returns to the MCU. With Murdock, it wold have been hard to say either way as he had such a small role in No Way Home. However Fisk had a more sizable role in Hawkeye. I certainly didn’t get the feeling that this was the same Fisk from the Daredevil shows.

How and why Quake returns is unknown? However we do know both Murdock and Fisk are back for the Echo Disney+ show. Equally it seems now to be a definite that there will be a new Daredevil show coming as well. Additionally, there are rumors that Jessica Jones will make her way back on screen in the MCU. As for Agents of SHIELD, so far the only real connection is Coulson and Nick Fury. Both Fury and Coulson have appeared in the TV and movie universes. Whereas, we have already seen an alt-version of Black Bolt using the same actor from the ill-fated Inhumans TV series.
Give it long enough and it looks like the vast majority will either be back, or referenced in some way.
So the Marvel TV characters are rumored to be the same but different in the MCU, including Quake. I guess we will find out if this check out soon enough.
