Marvel’s Werewolf by Night Disney+ series coming reports The Cosmic Circus! It was not that long ago we heard a tale from Kevin Smith that he was not allowed to use Werewolf by Night in his now scrapped Howard the Duck Hulu series. Smith was told Marvel Studios had plans for that character and low and behold, it seems like it will be a Disney+ show. I personally rate the source here as excellent for Marvel news, so take that as you will. Here is what was reported.
I can exclusively report that Werewolf By Night will be a Disney+ series filming under the working title Buzz Cut. The production company for Werewolf By Night is Natural History Productions LLC. The series will begin filming next February.
As the outlet points out, there has been rumors already that Werewolf by Night would make his debut in Marvel’s Moon Knight series. The character, called Jack Russell (eye roll) is not one I am very familiar with from the comics. According to the outlet the rumored Echo show will begin filming before this in January, and both will be followed by Ironheart production. Ironheart is set to begin filming at the tai, end of April next year.

This is not the first time we have heard rumors of a Werewolf by Night show. The GWW said they had heard some rumblings about this away back in 2019. However since that early report this is the next piece of information anyone has heard about the show. Therefore it looks like The GWW can call this one a hit after all this time. As for what to expect in Werewolf by Night, who knows? If the character does make his debut in Moon Knight, I guess we will then have a better idea of where the show might go. Until then, it’s all speculation, so have at it.
