The first trailer for Bloodshot didn’t seem to have the world in awe, this was perhaps because in that trailer Vin Diesel looks like he’s playing Vin Diesel in a Vin Diesel generic action film vehicle. However, if we go by this latest tease from Diesel himself, it looks like the new trailer is out!
I have never read a Bloodshot comic, though from what I hear, they and this movie seem like they could be good fun. And if like me you are new to Bloodshot, take a look at the official synopsis below.
After he and his wife are murdered, Marine Ray Garrison (Vin Diesel) is resurrected by a secret team of scientists. Enhanced with nanotechnology, he becomes a superhuman, biotech killing machine – Bloodshot. As Ray first trains with fellow super-soldiers, he cannot recall anything from his former life. But when his memories flood back and he remembers the man that killed both him and his wife, he breaks out of the facility hellbent on revenge, only to discover that there’s more to the conspiracy than he originally thought
Hey, who doesn’t like biomechanically enhanced soldiers duking it out? Sounds like around six different movies from the ’80s, though not necessarily good movies. Let’s hope Bloodshot is a little better.
